Scope of This Policy
BHOJFLOW is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Sushant Rana under the trade name BHOJFLOW.
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions, onboarding, pilots, and related commercial purchases made for the BHOJFLOW platform.
This policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, plan details, invoices, proposals, and any written commercial commitments issued by BHOJFLOW.
Section 2
Free Trial and Demo Charges
Any demo, trial, sandbox, pilot, or founder-led evaluation access is optional and limited.
No refund is due simply because a demo or free trial ends unless a paid charge was wrongly applied.
Section 3
Cancellation of Paid Plans
Customers may request cancellation subject to the active plan, billing cycle, invoice terms, and any minimum commitment that was accepted at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellation usually stops future renewals and does not automatically create a right to a full refund for the current billing period.
Section 4
Refund Review Rules
- Duplicate billing, incorrect billing, or unauthorized duplicate charges may be corrected through reversal, refund, or account credit.
- Unused future subscription periods may be considered for goodwill credit or partial refund only where BHOJFLOW expressly approves it.
- Refund requests may be reviewed based on the selected plan, actual usage, onboarding work completed, payment history, and the timing of the request.
- Any applicable taxes or processing deductions may be handled according to law, gateway policy, and the original billing structure.
Section 5
Non-Refundable Items
- Consumed subscription time already delivered to the customer.
- Custom setup, migration, implementation, menu loading, configuration, training, or onboarding work that has already been performed.
- Third-party pass-through charges, message credits, payment gateway charges, or other external costs already incurred.
- Discounted promotional plans or special founder offers marked as non-refundable in writing.
Section 6
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the banking channel, card network, UPI system, payment gateway, or other payment provider timelines.
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear in the original payment method.

Please include the restaurant name, billing reference, payment date, and reason for the request so the matter can be reviewed faster.
