Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service apply to access to and use of the BHOJFLOW website, platform, demos, subscriptions, and support workflows.

By signing up, logging in, requesting a demo, accepting a proposal, paying an invoice, or using BHOJFLOW, the customer accepts these Terms of Service.

Section 2

Sole Proprietorship Identity

BHOJFLOW is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Sushant Rana under the trade name BHOJFLOW.

For clarity, BHOJFLOW must not be described or treated as a company, private limited company, LLP, corporation, or incorporated entity.

Section 3

Business Use Only

BHOJFLOW is intended for restaurant and hospitality business use only.

A person accepting these terms represents that they are authorized to act on behalf of the relevant restaurant or business user.

Section 4

Account Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate, current, and complete account information and keep it updated.

The customer is responsible for keeping login credentials, recovery information, devices, and access approvals secure.

Customers remain responsible for all activity occurring under their workspace unless unauthorized use is promptly reported.

Section 5

Staff and User Account Responsibility

Restaurants may create staff or team accounts in BHOJFLOW.

The restaurant is responsible for assigning roles, limiting permissions, training users, reviewing logs where needed, and disabling access for inactive or unauthorized users.

BHOJFLOW may rely on the permissions and role structure configured by the restaurant.

Section 6

Subscription Fees and Taxes

Subscription fees, billing cycles, taxes, renewals, and commercial terms are governed by the selected plan, proposal, order form, or invoice.

Applicable GST or other taxes may be charged where required. GSTIN: [If applicable].

If payment is overdue, reversed, declined, or disputed, access to some or all features may be limited or suspended until the account is brought current.

Section 7

Free Trial and Demo Terms

Any demo, founder-led onboarding, trial, sandbox, or pilot access is optional, limited, and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at our discretion.

A demo or trial does not create a promise of permanent free access unless BHOJFLOW confirms that in writing.

Section 8

Restaurant Responsibility for Operations and Tax Setup

The restaurant is solely responsible for its menu items, prices, discounts, charges, outlet information, tax configuration, GST treatment, bills, invoices, and local business compliance.

The restaurant must review its billing setup and operational workflows before relying on them in live service.

The restaurant is also responsible for ensuring staff actions inside the platform match its own business processes and customer commitments.

Section 9

POS and Billing Disclaimer

BHOJFLOW is software and workflow infrastructure for restaurants.

BHOJFLOW does not provide legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, audit certification, or statutory filing services unless separately agreed in writing.

Restaurants should consult their own advisers for legal, tax, accounting, invoicing, or regulatory decisions.

Section 10

Acceptable Use

• Customers must not use BHOJFLOW for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or infringing conduct.
• Customers must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, scrape, or compromise the platform, infrastructure, or accounts.
• Customers must not upload or transmit malicious code, stolen credentials, illegal content, or data they are not authorized to use.

Section 11

Third-Party Services

BHOJFLOW may rely on or integrate with hosting, payment, messaging, analytics, map, authentication, or communication providers.

Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, uptime, availability, privacy practices, fees, and policy changes.

Section 12

Data Ownership

As between BHOJFLOW and the customer, the restaurant retains ownership of its menu, staff, order, outlet, and business data entered into the platform, subject to the rights needed by BHOJFLOW to host, process, secure, support, and improve the service.

The customer confirms that it has the authority to submit, manage, and use that data inside the platform.

Section 13

Intellectual Property

BHOJFLOW, its software, interface design, brand elements, workflow logic, and related materials remain the property of Sushant Rana operating under the trade name BHOJFLOW, or of the relevant licensors.

These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during the valid subscription term and only for the customer's internal business operations.

Section 14

Service Availability and Support

BHOJFLOW aims to provide reliable service, but uptime and performance may be affected by maintenance, connectivity issues, infrastructure failures, vendor outages, or force majeure events.

Support is provided through the channels and hours communicated by BHOJFLOW, and issue resolution times may vary by severity, plan level, and dependency constraints.

Section 15

Suspension and Termination

BHOJFLOW may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where there is non-payment, misuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, security risk, data integrity risk, or material breach of these terms.

Customers may cancel subject to the applicable plan, invoice terms, billing cycle, and Refund Policy.

Refund and Cancellation Link

Refund and cancellation terms are available at /refund-policy.

By using BHOJFLOW, customers agree that refund handling will follow the published Refund Policy, invoice terms, or specific written commercial commitments.

Section 17

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BHOJFLOW and Sushant Rana will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, total liability relating to a claim will be limited to the fees actually paid to BHOJFLOW for the directly affected service period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 18

Indemnity

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BHOJFLOW and Sushant Rana from claims, losses, penalties, costs, and liabilities arising out of the customer's misuse of the service, unlawful operations, incorrect tax or billing setup, staff misuse, or third-party claims caused by customer conduct or data.

Section 19

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts located in [Your City, State], India shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the service.
